Delivery
Once your payment is received and the order confirmed, sewing takes 2–5 working days (depending on the number of orders we have). Once your order is sewn, we pack it and send it by the delivery method you chose. This usually takes 1–2 working days (depending on the delivery method chosen).

Delivery is free on orders from 150 €.

If you do not receive your parcel or there is a problem (the parcel is damaged), contact us by e-mail at info@dzan.lt.
Packaging
Every order is unique and made with love and great care. We want even the smallest details to delight you, so we pay a lot of attention to packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot protect parcels from careless handling by couriers, so a parcel does not always arrive as beautiful as when it left.
But there is no need to worry: the contents of the parcel are protected by a protective film, inside there is a beautiful white box, and in it – your order, prepared with love.
