Are the sale items already sewn?
Some are: we mark those "Ready" and ship them within 1–2 working days. The others we sew once you order, and the making time is shown with the product.
Can I order a different size or colour?
Sale items come in the stated size and colour. We'll sew the same style in another size or colour at the regular price – find the style in its category or write to us.
How can I find out the exact measurements?
For some products the measurements are in the description. If they aren't, write to us and we'll measure the piece and reply.
Can I return a sale item?
Yes – by law, you can return a sale item within 14 days of receiving it. Just remember that it must be unworn, in good condition and keep its original appearance.

Our sale gathers single DZAN styles and discounted clothes – tulle dresses for women and girls, a festive two-piece set, a summer dress and lounge sets. Most come in one particular size, and some are one of a kind, so we give the size in the product name.

The selection changes all the time. Whether a piece is ready to ship or will be sewn once you order is shown with each product, next to the "Add to cart" button.

How to choose the size

For some products we give the bust, waist or hip measurements and the length in centimetres – compare them with a garment of your own that fits well. If there are no measurements or you're unsure, write to us and we'll give you the exact figures.

Your size isn't here?

Many of the sale styles have their main version in the catalogue – for example among the tulle dresses or lounge sets. There we'll sew the style in the size you choose, at the regular price.
