Returns and exchanges
If a piece doesn't work for you, you can return it or exchange it for another size within 14 days. Here it is in short; the legal terms are in section 8 of the terms and conditions.
How long you have
14 calendar days from the day you receive the parcel.
What we accept
As you received them: unworn, in good condition, keeping their original look and packed the way they were sent, complete, with the proof of purchase.
Pieces sewn to your own measurements or in a colour not offered in the catalogue cannot be returned.
How to return or exchange
- Sign in, open the order and choose “Return or exchange”. Ordered as a guest? Write to info@dzan.lt with your order number.
- If you'd like another size, say so in your request and we'll arrange the exchange.
- Send the piece back through a parcel locker.
Shipping costs
When you return a piece you changed your mind about, you pay for the return shipping. If the piece is faulty, we cover it.
Refunds
Refunds usually reach you within 1–4 working days of us receiving the returned piece.
