In December the office changes: a Christmas tree appears, there are festive breakfasts, a Secret Santa and a shared celebration whose photo the team will look back on for years. Matching Christmas jumpers are a simple way to add to that mood and bring the team together. What matters most is that the jumper isn't a one-off costume but a piece you want to wear all December – at the office, at home and at family celebrations – and bring out again next winter.
Identical or matching?
There are two ways to go. Identical jumpers – the same style and colour for everyone – create a clear shared look: in the team photo you look like one whole, and guests can see straight away who is hosting. Matching jumpers – the same Christmas motif in different colours – give more freedom: some choose red, others sand or green, while the shared motif still ties the team together. This works well when the team is bigger and tastes vary.
Motif and colours
DZAN Christmas jumpers are decorated with handmade appliqués: a reindeer, a decorated Christmas tree, a gingerbread man or Rudolph. We sew the appliqués on by hand and decorate the trees with sparkly baubles in randomly chosen colours, so each one has details of its own. The colours are red, green, sand, brown and cocoa. For a brighter festive touch choose red or green; for a quieter look that suits the office, sand or cocoa. Some styles also come as a hoodie.
Too serious for a gingerbread jumper?
We have something for the most conservative members of the team too. We can make the same jumper without the appliqué: Lithuanian basketball fans will know that green goes to a Žalgiris game and red to a Rytas one. And if you'd like something entirely classic, our men's range includes understated styles without Christmas motifs – an emerald or sand velour jumper, or a grey or sand knitted one. They go with the team's colours without drawing attention.
Not sure it's practical? We make identical jumpers for the youngest members of the family too, so they're not just for work: they make a lovely matching set for a weekend family breakfast or a trip to the cinema over the holidays.
Sizes for the whole team
We make men's jumpers in sizes S–XXL and women's in XS–XL, in a classic, not oversized cut. Every style has a size chart. When ordering for a team, it's easiest to collect sizes in advance: send your colleagues a link to the style, ask everyone to check the chart, compare it with a garment that fits them well and add their size to a shared list. That way you place one order, and we sew each jumper from the list.
A jumper as a Christmas gift for employees
A Christmas jumper also works as a gift for employees: practical and affordable, it will be worn every December rather than put away in a drawer like another souvenir. You can hand the jumpers out before the Christmas party, so the whole team arrives wearing the same motif and the group photo becomes the year's best memory. Every jumper is sewn in Klaipėda, in the DZAN studio.

Write to us at info@dzan.lt or call +370 6427 6626 and tell us which styles, how many pieces and by when you need them. Together we'll agree the colours, sizes and timing and send you a price offer. We'll ship the finished jumpers, or you can collect them from the DZAN studio in Klaipėda. We agree the timing of larger orders individually, so before Christmas it's worth getting in touch early – ideally by mid-November.
