Return the piece or exchange the size within 14 days of delivery; refunds usually reach you within 1–4 working days.
Pieces sewn to your own measurements cannot be returned, as they are made for you alone.
If you are unsure about your measurements, write to us before you order and we will help you measure.
Measurements are of the dress, with a possible deviation of +/- 1-2 cm.
The fabric stretches: you can add +/- 2 cm at the bust; at the hips we recommend that your measurements are smaller than the dress measurements, so that it drapes nicely.

Measure over light underwear, the tape snug but not tight.
Chest Around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms, the tape level.
Waist Around the narrowest part of the waist, above the hip bone.
Hips Feet together, around the widest part of the hips.
Height Barefoot, back against a wall, from the floor to the top of the head.
